Mission
Our Mission and Core Values
The New England Freezers is unique in many ways. The fundamental core values established by the club are the foundation of the club’s future success in moving players to the next level. These values are attractive to our players and families alike and serve as a focal point for our dedicated players and coaching staff.
Our primary focus is on education and personal development, the cornerstone from which the ability to achieve ones goals and aspirations are based upon. We then focus on player development, working with each of our players to teach and refine individual skills, team skills, strategy, dedication, commitment, and leadership.
All players are afforded fair and equivalent opportunities to develop and showcase their skills in each and every aspect of the game.
Our emphasis is on the players, not winning games, or championships, so that every player can showcase their talents to coaches and scouts in an effort to help them realize their athletic/academic dreams. Our hope is to enhance each player’s passion for the game of hockey and commitment to the values that will lead them through their life’s journeys.
In every facet of life we are faced with expectations. The “New England Freezers” has expectations of our players, coaches, and parents and family members.
Expectations of the Players
