U16 New Freezers Prep-Cup weekend!

Congrats to the NE Freezers U16 team to make it to the finals on Sunday afternoon in the Prep-Cup tournament in New Hampshire. After a good primarily round the U16 Freezers placed 4th out of 8 top teams from the NE area and made it to the play-offs as the fourth seed. In the semifinal, the Freezers had to play the highly tournament favorite NH Knights. After a battle on the ice the team beat the Knights 5 -3 and moved on to the finals in the afternoon to play the Boston Jr. Blues.  
Unfortunately, the Boston Jr. Blues had to much skating power left in the 2nd half of the game and beat the NE Freezers 5-0.
Congrats again for a successful Prep-Cup weekend after being of the ice for more then 3 months for most players of the team.
